Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be despatched at the earliest possibility and are usually delivered within 3-5 days using the standard free delivery method. Express delivery options are available at the checkout stage. Autokool ltd will send written confirmation or email notification if a delay is anticipated.
Orders can be taken for delivery to private and business addresses in mainland Britain. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands the Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Europe please see seperate delivery options as a separate delivery charge scale applies.
Unless otherwise specified delivery shall be deemed to take place when the products are delivered to your premises, or alternative delivery address as specified by the Purchaser at the time of checkout. Please note once the checkout and purchase has been completed we are unable to change the delivery address.
All products despatched by Autokool ltd will be delivered by the method of transport selected and will either be Royal Mail or private carrier.
Products are at the risk of the Purchaser from the time of despatch and the Purchaser is then liable for the invoice value.
Claims from incorrect delivery shortages or other discrepancies must be notified in writing to Autokool ltd within seven days of delivery.
Claims for non-delivery will also be considered if notified to Autokool within 10 days of the date of despatch shown on the invoice.
Autokool Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to products returned for repair or credit unless Autokool agrees to repair or replace them under warranty and the Purchaser sends separate written advice to Autokool at the date of despatch and is not negligent in the packing, addressing or choice of transport for the products returned.
The Purchaser agrees to pay for any loss, or extra cost incurred by Autokool through the Purchaser’s instructions, or lack of instructions, or through failure, or delay in taking delivery, or through any act or default on the part of the Purchaser, its servants, agents or employees.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 (GMT). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority and Overnight shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include all original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. A collection and/or restock fee may apply. Under the distance selling regulations goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
At Autokool Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14 day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for items specially ordered or manufactured at the purchasers request. Items not generally listed on the site and out sourced are also not eligible for return. Car parts such as radiators, condensers and receiver driers returned and found to be damaged due to incorrect fitting or damaged during the normal fitting process will not be eligble for refund.
To cancel your purchase within the fourteen-working-day cooling-off period, please call our sales team who will issue you a returns reference number. You can then return the item in its original packaging with a copy of the relevant invoice and returns number clearly stating the reason for return.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within fourteen working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you fail to add a returns number previously obtained from Autokool Ltd. All return postage costs are down to you the customer.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. If items are sent to us without a signature or are received damaged we will not be able to continue with your refund. If the item is for a value exceeding £50 it is strongly recommended that additional postage insurance is obtained.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. Items that have been damaged in shipping with clearly damaged outer packaging should be refused and returned back to us.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item subject to an item inspection. We cannot refund any postage either priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Items returned within the fourteen-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item
where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for the said item
where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund as applicable
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
